Canada will never be a haven for zombies, lets have a flood instead!

The Quebec government have proved themselves partypoopers for fans of the zombie genre, by cancelling the apocolypse themed part of their emergency training this year. It seems a shame, but at least you folks in Canada were at least considering it, us in the UK never get anything like that.

In response their Foreign Affairs Minister was quoted as saying that Canada would never be a haven for zombies, which is quite true I suppose but, just goes to show you that he’s just a boring old fart.

Now, I have took part in a couple of these big emergency training events quite a few years ago, the last one being some kind of gas explosion or similar tragedy and we had to both do some FX wound make up on the volunteers as well as act as casualties. This was fun, but would have been far more exciting if there had been zombies involved. Sod the realities, much like bacon, zombies make things better!
