I recently took part in the TMP (the Miniatures Page) unit exchange, where we were paired up with someone and randomly swapped a unit of troops in 15mm with each other.
I received mine back this afternoon, and can I just say, they are great! Lovely unit of six survivors (they are from the scene I think) plus a great tyranid looking alien beast as well.
I feel rather guilty at the moment for these reasons.
1. My wife packed and sent my 5 man unit to my swap, they were done for my son to use in a game, but he didn’t want them in the end, so I was going to use them . She did this before I had finished the bases off, so the bases are not 100% (She told me all this today, after she was talking about it, Women!)
2. I have received 6 figures, plus the alien (its a big mutha as well), I thought I only had to send a squad of 5 or a vehicle, I run the risk of looking like a total tightwad as the pics on TMP show that they are more generous than me. I was just expecting a small unit or a vehicle, I think I must have misread or something!
Keeper Nilbog!! If your reading this now, please don’t think bad of me, I absolutely love the figs and as a token of my good will to you, I am sending you something in the post just so you don’t think I’m a twat!

Those look great… and don’t worry! people prefer to base so it matches thier forces, and 5 was the stated amount, so you did good! 🙂

Thanks Harold, I know the base thing is only a minor thing, but I will feel better if I send him a “thank you” as I love the minis and will put them to good use. I did think it was 5 in the squad, so I wasn’t going loopy after all…!

Its a part of the Dark Realm 6mm range, I think its a great figure and haven’t ever seen one before either! I will be keeping an eye out for any others from them in future as I could do with a few of them!!
